Tai Chi Chuan or Tai Chi set is composed of a series of movements. The number of moves varies among styles and may also depend on how they are counted. The count varies from 85, 88, 103 and 108 movements for the traditional long form style. Today, many styles introduce demonstration sets which range from 36, 45, 49 and others.

This Authentic Traditional Yang Tai Chi form is composed of 85 movements with approximately fewer than 50% repetitive moves. This Yang Tai Chi set is one of the post popular Tai Chi styles practiced worldwide. The moves are usually performed slowly, and are designed to string together an inventory of important techniques, and to promote relaxation, as well as other foundational principles. The set usually takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes to complete while many demonstration sets take approximately half of the time. Yang Tai Chi has been renowned for its graceful, slow, even and circular move styles.
